With our multi-stage precision forging machines, we have achieved a stable process for high-quality mass production, based on custom orders from our customers, without additional machining of difficult parts such as slits.
We use our forging machines to produce M4 to M30 size nuts and M6 to M14 size bolts.
Clean and comfortable workplaces are maintained by thoroughly implementing 6S methodology (sorting, setting-in-order, shining, standardizing, sustaining the discipline, and sustaining good habits).

Chugoku Seira plants are located in quiet, natural environments that are perfect places for manufacturing products that require precision. The interior of each plant is kept clean and free from dirt and oil stains, and special care is taken to prevent contamination by foreign matter. Air conditioning equipment prevents smoke and fumes from becoming trapped inside the plant.
We use the latest production equipment, including nut presses, nut formers, header and bolt formers, tapping machines, and in some cases have added our own modifications. In general, this equipment is controlled by computer, and quality checks at the material processing stage are also automatically controlled. This system not only provides stable quality and high accuracy, but also streamlines personnel costs and reduces the price of supplied products.
One characteristic of Chugoku Seira is our very small number of employees, because the manufacturing process is automated by machines. Our personnel’s main role is to focus on the operation and management of various automated equipment (operation available 24 hours), the inspection of each lot during processing, and the visual inspection of finished products. In addition to filling in daily work reports, they attach work standard sheets and product tags to every product. A product tag is like a resume. It describes the profile (specifications) of the part in detail. We take pride in having the best accuracy, management system, and employee level in the industry, and we strive to make improvements every day.
