Our company’s founder, Matsuhiro Okumoto, passed away on June 3 (Monday), 2024.
We respectfully make this announcement with profound gratitude for your kindness during his lifetime.
The wake and funeral were family-only, so it was decided to release this obituary after the Buddhist services.
We hope you will understand.
Due to the strong wishes of the surviving family, all flowers, offerings, condolence money, condolence telegrams, condolence calls, and the like will be declined.
There are plans to hold a memorial gathering in the Small Hall of the Higashi Hiroshima Arts & Culture Hall Kurara on October 4, starting at 13:30.

D･L･Y, a distributor of D-Lock nuts, established in Japan (with 10 member companies).
April 1994
Exclusive agency agreement concluded with Keyang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (Korea) for D-Lock nuts in Korea.

Exclusive agency agreement concluded with Harlin International Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) for D-Lock nuts in Taiwan.
